Yes you can pay your Vehicle Registration at Vehicle Testing Kapiti. Bring the MR1 Form received by mail from NZTA for a quick and easy registration payment. Also registration form MR1B available in the station can be used. 

Road User Charges (RUC)

Pay your Road User Charges by filling out the RUCLA form. 

New Number Plate / Number Plate changes / Cancelling Plates
